'Dypsis mahajanga' is not a published species name: GBIF's name matcher resolves it only to the genus Dypsis (Arecaceae), and a GBIF search for 'mahajanga' returns no palms at all. Mahajanga is a city and province in north-western Madagascar, so this is most likely an unpublished horticultural label for a Dypsis (now largely Chrysalidocarpus) palm collected in that region. Not resolved to a species; no description given.
